Plenary talk “Order and chaos in the Universe” by Prof.V.Gurzadyan has been delivered at the Twentieth Conference on Toward a Science of Consciousness (TSC 2013) held during March 3-9, 2013 at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Agra, India. The multi-disciplinary conference was participated by leading physiologists, anesthesiologists studying the functions of the brain, up to philosophers, physicists, discussing various interpretations of the quantum mechanics and modern views of the Universe and multiverses.
